No, all service professionals are independent contractors.
- What is included in submitting a bid?
Your bid will include an estimated cost, estimated completion time, and an optional section for additional details.
- How should I use the area designated on the estimate to “provide additional details”?
No two service requests are exactly alike. Use this space to explain your bid — pricing conditions, job specifics, cancellation terms, etc. If you want to enforce any cancellation fee, it must be disclosed here.

- How many bids can I place at once?
Each professional has a limited number of active bids available at a time. When one clears or refreshes, you can bid again. The exact number and refresh time are managed automatically to keep things fair for everyone.

No. Bidding is always free. You only pay a 5% platform fee if your bid is selected — or you can upgrade to a monthly or yearly plan to keep 100% of your payout.
- What if I miss a request?
New requests are automatically distributed based on your selected service areas and zip codes. Because of the Fair-Bid Engine™, you’ll always have a fair opportunity to bid on new jobs as they appear.
- Why not let everyone bid unlimited times?
Unlimited bidding creates spam, lowers prices artificially, and gives an unfair advantage to high-volume users. Our system makes sure the marketplace stays balanced, fair, and profitable for true professionals.
Payouts
- Why is my payout delayed?
Payouts may be delayed due to incomplete Stripe onboarding, unresolved disputes, or fraud review. Most jobs are paid out within 7 days. You’ll be notified if a delay occurs.
- How long does it take to receive payment after completing a job?
Payouts are typically processed within 7 days of job completion through Stripe. Exact timing depends on your Stripe account’s verification status and our internal approval process. Delays may occur if the job is disputed or if onboarding is incomplete.
